In this type of consultation, the user dials the number 71367 and then connects to the consultant by pressing the 2 button on the phone. For this purpose, the user must have already entered the site and while choosing a consultant, determine the time and duration of the consultation, pay the consultation amount online through the Farama payment portal and receive the consultation reservation code. Then, at the appointed time, call 71367 and contact the consultant directly by pressing the 2 button and entering the reservation code.
Special advice for smart campaigns: This route is used in cases of direct and free communication with the consultant, especially in smart campaigns. The way of working is completely consistent with the method of telephone counseling, but the communication is done first to the resident and without the need to enter the counseling code. The user does not need to visit the site before dialing and determine the time and payment, but the consultation is done only at the previously announced times (for example, between 8 am and 4 pm). In this case, the recipient of the consultation first dials the number 71367 and then connects with the consultant by pressing the 1 button.

Online consultation

This method is suitable if you need tools such as video communication between the two parties, whiteboard or desktop sharing. In this type of consultation, neither the consultant nor the user need to install any software. To set up a consultation session, the user first pays the consultation amount online through the app or by entering the Farama site and selecting a consultant, determining the consultation time and its duration, online and through the Farama payment portal. Then re-enter the app or site at the time set for the consultation and click on the flashing button to enter the consultation session. This button is available on the home page of the app and the site, both for the user and in the app. The counselor also enters the counseling session by clicking on the flashing button, and both parties will have access to the above-mentioned facilities (whiteboard, etc.). The two sides can also have video communication in this case.
